Product Description

The rubber skirt board is a kind of automatic conditioning conveyor belt skirt system with anti-overflow and anti-falling. The system is composed of main seal and auxiliary seal. It is soft and wear-resistant, and tightly fits with the belt through the elasticity of the cover itself. Multi-layer protection of main and auxiliary seals collects dust to prevent overflow.

The rubber skirt board is made of high wear-resistant pure rubber, with better wear-resistance, longer service life and no damage to the belt.

Scope of application:
The rubber skirt board is used for anti-spill and anti-spray protection of various materials such as powder, block and granule.

The rubber skirt board is used to solve the phenomena of coal spraying, air leakage and powder running on both sides of the guide chute and the belt quality inspection, and plays an important role in reducing the dust concentration in the belt corridor.

The double sealing anti overflow skirt is made of polyurethane and natural rubber. The skirt part that plays the main sealing role in contact with the belt is high wear-resistant polyurethane, which has high elasticity and high wear resistance.
